When using quickset if I click on one of the buttons for a local repeater the frequency and everything changes correctly but after approximately 2 seconds the S meter on the rig and the software show a full reading and there is a loud hissing from the Icom IC7000 just fractionally turning the Volume up or down on the Rig rectifies the problem

I sent you a PM with the modified quickset.dat file. The problem is that you have stored the RF value to zero
