cannot open setup page - SOLVED - Ger - 10-28-2020

I've been using BktTimeSync for many years. Am satisfied with it and recommend it to others as well. But recently I can no longer open the setup window. Just uninstalled and reinstalled the software. But the problem remains.

Hi,
first check that the program is not minimized in the try bar

If not try this:
  1. Close BktTimeSync
  2. Open RegEdit (Win+R -> regedit -> OK)
  3. Delete key: HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\IZ2BKT\BktTimeSync
  4. Close RegEdit
  5. Open BktTimeSync
