GPS QRP-LAB no run

Hi all.

I try to use Bkt timeSync with a qrp-lab gps. it´s a YIC5.  but no run.
The program work good with a Ntp server, but not in gps mode.
My OS is win 8.1 and gps is conected to PC like this:

1PPS--------------pin 1 of DB9
TxD--------------- pin 2  
RxD---------------pin 3

Win recognice the device, and assing a COM. but  Bkt TS no run.

what i´m doing wrong?

Please, enable BktTimeSync Diagnostic Log and post the result

Hi Mauro,

I paste diagnostic log:

Please select NTP and/or GPS sync mode

Enable GPS is select and I press SYNC NOW, but diagnostic log do not write anything more.

1. Check Diagnostic Log
2. Click Sync Now
3. Close BktTimeSync
4. Paste Diagnostic Log

The GPS does not send any data to the program, I don't know if it's either the links or the configuration of GPS/COM because I never tested this GPS model. You can experiment by communicating with a communications program on serial ports such as hyperterminal
