Just downloaded the latest IC 70000BKT - 1.29.0 
I have a new issue I have been seeing:

Error 4 from the audio device


It has been appearing irregular and never saw this on many years of previous versions and updates.
I don't actually see any issues on CAT control.

Any thoughts?

Error 4 indicates a compatibility problem with the audio format. Try going to Audio setup and changing the Audio format
