For communication errors try this:

- Install IC7100BKT latest version from http://www.maniaradio.it.

- check these settings in Icom IC-7100 Set-Mode->Connectors->CI-V:
CI-V Baud Rate = Auto ( in some cases you need to select the speed set in the program ex. 19200 or 9600 )
CI-V Address = 88h
CI-V Transceive = OFF

- Install USB drivers Icom (download from: https://www.icomjapan.com/support/firmware_driver/)

- From SerialPort drop-down list select the COM port with the description "SILICON LABS..."

- try to change Serial Port Mode from MODE 1 to MODE 2



- try to use BKTRS232 driver:


- try to switch ON/OFF the RTS and DTR signal

- try to change BAUD speed

- Verify that there are not running other programs that use the same COM port

Little Problem:
I'm using GPS only (offline, without NTP). Here, it looks like only the time of day is beeing checked and synchronized.
Even if the GPS-receiver is delivering the date (via $GPRMC), it's just ignored.
This may lead to correct time of day, but wrong day. It happened to me, the program said something like "everything fine, clock adjusted, only some milliseconds away". But the PC was exactly one day ahead!
As there is no date processed from GPS, the setting of "maximum correction hours" (was set to 12h) didn't trap this.

Just be aware of that!

For the future: please also check the GPS-date, e.g. using the GPRMC-sentence (instead of GPGGA only)
You may then call it BktDateTimeSync

Hi forum,
I wonder if anybody else has the same trouble that I experience at system start-up.
I use BktTimeSync under W7/64, it does not start automaticaly at system boot up. It should be launched manualy and then each time it is activated, I get a system warning asking if I agree that this program access my disk.
I uninstalled it, cleared all remaining stuff, rebooted to get a fresh system and then made a new installation which exhibit the same trouble at start-up.
Is there anything I mishandled ?
If program auto start behaves normaly elsewhere, any suggestion will be most welcome.
For the rest, BktTimeSync works just fine !

Utilizzando FT 897D e BBLogger e CATBkt mi si blocca spesso il BBLogger (program not responding) obbligandomi a chiudere e riavviare il programma.
Quando questo succede ho provato a chiudere solo CAT BKT: cosi' facendo BBLogger torna a lavorare senza problemi.
Da cosa dipende?

utilizzo il software bblogger e Catbkt per la gestione cat del mio yaesu ft950.tutto funziona perfettamente,anche l'invio del qso ad enzolog(che utilizzo saltuariamente).Ho notato però che il software per la gestione cat dell'apparato è estremamente povero di comandi quali potrebbero essere il tune,il vox,la gestione della potenza(w) quando passo dalla fonia ai ssitemi digitali,o l'accensione spegnimento dell'apparato.Sarebbe sicuramente un grande incremento delle potenzialità del software. c'è qualche speranza che in futuro possa essere migliorato?.Grazie per l'ascolto un saluto ed un grazie per il lavoro (comunque) grande che avete fatto.73 de it9cgr Rosario.

Vorrei sapere se il cavo usb (al PC) > rs232 (al TS2000) deve essere considerato per CAT BKT una Com1 o altro... la porta USB corrisponde alla Com1?grazie

i downloaded the setup file from your web site, but when i want to install the software my antivirus program aborts the execution and deletes the setup file.
The antivirus program is PANDA CLOUD ANTIVIRUS and always reports that there is a virus/trojan in the setup file.
Name of the virus/trojan: W32/Exploit.gen

How can i get a virusfree version?

Up to now i used IC706_BKT for my IC-706MKIIG and was very happy with it.
This week i bought a new IC-7000 and that's why i would like to install IC7000_BKT on my computer.

Any help is appreciated.
