Hi Jim,
Check that the Windows Time Zone is correct
Put 0 "Maximum correction"
If it does not work, turn on the "Diagnostic Log", starts BktTimeSync, wait the error, close BktTimeSync and attach "LogDiag.txt" log file that you find in the folder BktTimeSync.
