Hello,
i downloaded the setup file from your web site, but when i want to install the software my antivirus program aborts the execution and deletes the setup file.
The antivirus program is PANDA CLOUD ANTIVIRUS and always reports that there is a virus/trojan in the setup file.
Name of the virus/trojan: W32/Exploit.gen
How can i get a virusfree version?
Up to now i used IC706_BKT for my IC-706MKIIG and was very happy with it.
This week i bought a new IC-7000 and that's why i would like to install IC7000_BKT on my computer.
Any help is appreciated.

Ciao Mauro,
oggi sono successe due cose strane, la prima quando ho fatto partire il programma, l'antivirus mi ho trovato un virus e mi ha cancellato l'eseguibile. Il secondo problema è che fino ad adesso ho provato a scaricare il programma, purtroppo non ci riesco perché l'antivirus me lo blocca.
Morale della favola, sono rimasto senza questo programma.

Purtroppo gli antivirus nel tentativo di bloccare virus sempre più elaborati incappano sempre più spesso in "falsi positivi" cioè rilevazioni di virus in file che sono puliti. La soluzione consiste nel dire all'antivirus che quel file o, meglio ancora, quella cartella sono sicuri, non conosco avast però sicuramente ha questa funzione. Altra soluzione cambiare antivirus, personalmente, tra gli antivirus free preferisco Avira.
Ps. Non ti ho risposto per email perché era finita negli spam (altra funzione che, come gli antivirus, a volte scarta ciò che non deve) e l'ho vista solo adesso.

Non mi da la possibilità di dirgli che è sicuro e lo può scaricare, si blocca subito.
In passato non ho mai avuto problemi a scaricare il file, con questo antivirus.

Probabilmente colpa dell'ultimo aggiornamento dell'antivirus, l'unica tua possibilità è disabilitare temporaneamente l'antivirus.

Dovrei disabilitare l'antivirus tutte le volte che faccio partire il programma, altrimenti lo blocca e lo cancella.

Tutti gli antivirus seri hanno la possibilità di escludere file o cartelle (proprio perché in alcuni casi ci sono rilevamenti fasulli), in tal caso ti basta scegliere la cartella dove è installato il programma.
