I have been utilizing the IC7000BKT program for years with much success / enjoyment. Primarily, my interest has been in remote operations where I utilize a combination of Team Viewer / Skype / IC7000BKT to control and access the Icom radio.
I retired the host computer which was running Windows XP in favor of a new computer with Windows 7, 64 bit. I ran into problems from the beginning: many audio issues from remote and the program crashing when I am at the host. Frequency changing randomly and no ALC registering even when I am transmitting. I have decided the only avenue is to do a fresh installation of the program. Could anyone let me know the best way to completely uninstall IC7000BKT from my Windows 7 machine?
I also notice one additional item which I do not remember: I seem to be unable to "turn off" the antenna tuner from the program. The best I can do is "re-tune" and antenna from the interface and cannot simply turn off the tune function. I am not sure what I am doing wrong.
