When I goto download the new V4:17 down load, it shows that I am installing V4:16.....Not sure why.

Hi Mike,
try to download the program from http://www.iz2bkt.com/ic7000bkten_download.html but selecting another server (Server 1 - Server 2 - Server 3).

I have done that with the same results.
Still says it is installing V4:16
