Ho l'intenzione di usare CatBkt per controllare la radio in ogetto in unione con BBlogger, purtroppo non riesco in nessun modo a far funzionare il collegamento con la porta Com1. Premetto che la porta è la porta standard e non un convertitore Usb-Com, inoltre il funzionamento della porta è sicuro, poiche con altri programmi come HRD o QarTest non ho nessun problema, sulla radio ho impostato tutte le velocità possibili, ma il risultato non cambia. devo anche dire che subito dopo l'installazione ha funzionato, sino al riavvio del PC, da quel momento in poi niente da fare, anche pulendo il registro di sistema.
Ho provato sia CatBkt_beta.exe che ic7000bkt_Setup.exe con il medesimo risultato.
Pc Pentium 4 3 Gb con 4 Mb ram

I have a request, for the quickset:

Pressing the [Store] saves the current values of Frequency, Mode, VFO in use, Attenuator, Preamplifier, Squelch, Power, RF, Filter selected, NR, NB ANF and Compressor Mic State in the chosen key.

can you make it possible in the next version to store also duplex, and split?

If you can't connect to the rtx with the program could be a drivers problem, especially if you use USB interfaces, to resolve this problem, you can try to use a virtual COM port:

1) Download the Virtual Serial Ports Emulator VSPE ( free for 32 bit operating systems ) from here: http://eterlogic.com/Products.VSPE.html
2) Install and run VSPE
3) Power On the RTX

From VSPE:
4) From the Menu Device select Create
5) In Device Type select Splitter and click Next
6) In Virtual Serial Port select a COM free (or leaves that proposal from the program)
7) From Date Source Serial Port select the COM connected to rtx
8) Un-check Read-only and Redirect modem registers
9) Click End

From CatBkt:
10) Launch the program CatBkt ( version Alpha 25 or higher )
11) Go to Utility->Configuration->Com configuration
12) In Port select the COM created in point 6
13) In Serial Port Mode select MODE 2
14) Confirm all with OK

Is available for download :

IC706_BKT Version 4.8.0 :

- Out the support for Windows 2000.
- In the configuration COM is also possible to choose the COM not connected to any device.
- Improved the saving and restoring the windows position.
- Added registration in Skeds.

Thanks for responding to my request for a timed start/stop on the recorder function.

I finally cracked the character code to join the forum!

JT65-HF shows the frequency from IC7000BKT using the "Commander" check box but does not change the frequency when clicking on a different frequency using the drop down list on JT65-HF nor does it operate the PTT. I think it does the same with Commander and that only HRD can change the frequency and operate PTT. Is there something I am not doing? I tried starting MyDDE but could not get it to start with IC7000BKT and JT65-HF running. MyDDE works well with Orbitron though.
