I was thinking it wouldn't be a bad idea to have a assignable keyboard button for use in the mic panel.
EX: With options to assign a key or keys from the keyboard to preform some functions like PTT, MUTE, Vol up/down, have the controls with on/off option on the mic panel.

Would be nice to lean back in the chair and "KEYBOARD" the radio/mic.

When using the "SCANNER" with in the software, it seems as if it disables the scan resume within the radio setting. Then when using scan from the radio it will not resume and just stay on current frequency. It would be a good idea to script a SCAN RESUME - ON code when exiting the scanner mode. This will save a lot of hassle in the future.

I am trying to figure out if it is possible to CUT and then PASTE multiple memory settings from one bank to another.

I can CUT one entry and PASTE to another bank. This works great. But need to highlight several entries in one bank, cut and then past them all into another bank.

Is this possible? If not, I hope this could be a new feature to consider adding to the software.

Method 1:

1. Unzip the registration key file received by email in the program folder (default: C:\IZ2BKT\IC706_BKT Icom CAT Control).
2. Run the program IC706_BKT, the key will be automatically loaded and deleted from the folder.

Method 2:

1. Unzip the registration key file <call.ic706_bkt.bkt> received by email in a folder.
2. Run the program IC706_BKT ( Version 4.0.5 or later, Free Key is not released for old versions )
3. On Utility tab click on [Register the program]
4. On registration dialog click on [I have the key, load it]
5. Select the unzipped file in the folder used in step 1 and press [Open]
6. At the next run the program will load the key into its database and delete it from the folder.



To check if the program is registered look in the title bar:
